James provides leadership relating to organisational approaches to health inequalities and the Welsh Health Equity Status Report initiative.
He has previously held programme lead roles with Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care System and the WHO European Office for Investment for Health and Development in Venice, Italy.
James’ public health career started with Public Health Wales in 2014. Previous roles have had a focus spanning both strategic performance, population health management and improvement.
Interests include health equity, data analysis/modelling and data visualisation. In his spare time he enjoys gardening, DIY and nature.
