We are excited to announce that WHIASU will be holding our next HIA Network of Practice event online on Thursday the 4th September 2025 from 10:00 – 11:30 British Summer Time (BST).
The event will provide an opportunity for attendees to find out about the work going on in Wales and the UK in relation to HIA and trade, which is a key commercial determinant of health. We will be joined by a number of experienced stakeholders who will present on various areas of trade including: the impact of trade tariffs on health and wellbeing; applying a Health Equity Lens to the Commercial Determinants of Health; and a Welsh Government perspective on how trade and health policy and trade agreements are important in a Welsh context. There will also be time for questions at the end of the session.
