Sophie has joined the team as a Project Support Officer as her first role in Public Health Wales. She is a recent graduate of Cardiff University where she got her BSc in Psychology. She has previously held research roles looking at a training model for practitioners working in perinatal mental health and using digital formats to help students with autism to transition to university. She has also been an LGBTQ+ Wellbeing Champion within Cardiff University. In her current role she will be supporting the ACE Hub and Violence Prevention Unit by coordinating resources needed for ongoing projects and events. She will also be planning meetings to provide continued support for the teams.
