Natalie joined the team in June 2021, having worked in the specialist violence against women and girls third sector for 13 years in front line support roles and senior management.
Natalie currently the leads the National Strategy, Skills and Training for the ACE Hub Wales, hosted within Public Health Wales. The team has an ambition for Wales to become a world leader in preventing, tackling and mitigating the impacts of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and trauma. This role has been focussing on piloting the TrACE Toolkit which is designed to assist culture change at an organisational level which is required to truly embed a trauma- and ACE-informed approach.
