Khudayja Datoo-Jaffer joined the Behavioural Science Unit in August 2025 as a Senior Behavioural Science Specialist. She is a Trainee Health Psychologist who has gained experience in the NHS and higher educational settings through her work as part of NHS England’s pilot programme, embedding behavioural science in workforce transformation. Khudayja’s behaviour change portfolio ranges across occupational sedentary behaviour, post-bereavement workplace behaviours, Making Every Contact Count and international hand hygiene practices. Clinically, she has experience in cancer care, perioperative medicine and long-term conditions. Beyond work, you might find Khudayja on the badminton court (playing somewhat haphazardly) or buried in a book (beware: ask for book recommendations at your own risk)!
