Dr. Muhammad Usman YousafZai currently serves as a Health Data Analyst at Public Health Wales (PHW). He has over seven years’ research experience in digital health, Epidemiology and Pharmacoepidemiology, contributing to world-leading institutions. Before joining PHW, he worked as a full-time Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of St Andrews, where he engaged in interdisciplinary health data science research. His work involves analysing large-scale healthcare data and applying advanced AI and machine learning techniques to predict clinical outcomes and inform policy. Outside of his professional life, Usman enjoys clay shooting, squash, adventure activities, and hill walks.
