Manon is a Senior Policy Officer in the Polisi Team. Manon’s work focuses on housing, the cost of living crisis and health inequalities. Prior to this role, Manon worked at the Wales Centre for Public Policy focusing on equalities-related policy, and Crest Advisory, specialising in crime and justice policy.
