Emily joined the Business team in September 2023, assisting with recruitment and finance tasks and providing support to the team. In 2022, she completed her PhD in partnership with the Welsh Blood Service which involved developing models to optimally schedule blood donation clinics and staff, minimising costs, and matching supply to demand. In her spare time, Emily enjoys painting and travel.
